Returns & Exchanges – Balde Sweatsuits

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Balde sweatsuit. If your order isn’t perfect, we’re happy to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed sweatsuits in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returns are processed quickly, and store credit will be issued once your item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at baldeclothingstore@gmail.com to start the process — we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
